Any idea when the "Import SWF as object" version will be released from beta?

Ive been playing with the beat for a few days, and havent run into any issues so far....other than the issue of needing to have the SWF in the same directory as the KM exe file.

Shhh... your not suppose to let the cat out of the bag :D

You don't have to keep it in that directory- only if you want to preview it. You are right though- it works real good doesn't it. I would like to see Set target added, so you can control the imported object, and the movie box rotate when rotated before it gets released.

Did you check out the other cool features. The Score is hot- when you click the frame it goes there and did you see that paint brush on the import bitmap as fill dialouge? Pretty snazzy :) .

I would like to see Set target added, so you can control the imported object

-> Look under Advanced in button actions. I added 3 tell target actions but haven't tested them.

, and the movie box rotate when rotated before it gets released.

-> I just added that last night.

Did you check out the other cool features. The Score is hot- when you click the frame it goes there

-> I am adding right button click frame and shape editing options as well.

I will give you both another update in few days. I will formally release it in 1 - 1 1/2 weeks. I tend to get tired near the end and feel anxious to release it and then I get in trouble because I haven't test it enough.

I am using the word target in two different contexts. I use target in tell target actions for the target of the actions and I use target in the get url action because the html term is target rather than window which is used by Flash. Any ideas how to clarify this.

Someone complained that each installation creates a difference folder. I believe I have the option to install to the same folder, a non-versioned koolmoves folder. Is that preferrable? It would not help for this next version but for all installations after that.

You can call the Page Target- URL Target or Page target and the SWF target as target.
