pop-up windows

How do i get my links to come up as pop-up windows that i can manipulate the max and min buttons and the size.actionscript or javascript- i don't care- whatevers easier

Take a look at http://www.KoolFace.com

Go to "Free Downloads" > "Web components"

Select "Windows popup"
