i notice on many flash sites they use a more crisp pixel style text font.

KM seems to antialias the fonts.

Is there a way to get the crispness of a pixel like font?

How it is rendered by the flash player is controlled by the flash player or by what font you select. I believe that you can turn anti-aliasing off in the html javascript. Dynamic text that does not use embedded fonts has less anti-aliasing.
