Stacking order of flash movie in dreamweaver

How do one change stacking order of flash movies in Dreamweaver?
It seems like Dreamweaver forces the .swf-movie to stay as the topmost layer.
I want the movie to become the BUTTOMmost layer, but all effort of changes in Dreamweaver's Properties of that layer still keep the layer on top....!
Can anyone help me out, please?

In dreamweaver, when working with divs (layers) your Z-index on the property inspector controls your layers level. 1=top
