I just want you to know.... the support and vendor response you give thru Koolmoves is top notch! You should really consider doing consulting for these other companies that treat users like trash.

I know what you mean. I bought a very expensive program for about $400 and to circumvent one of its bugs I had to pay them a $50 phone fee.
