importing mpegs

Hi just wondering is there any way to import mpeg files
without having to import them a frame at a time.
have just got updated version of koolmoves its
greatly improved.

You will have to use a third party application to do that, and then load that into KoolMoves. There are plenty out there. Here are a couple to start you off:
