Opening a .PDF from Flash .EXE

Is there anyway of open a test.pdf directly from a flash.exe without using a .bat file. i read a tute were it showed how to do it using a pipe eg.. FS Command ("Exec","Start | test.prd") but i have being told this only works with Flash 3, does anybody know how to do this using Flash 4...

try it with the get URL-command, i have done a projector with falsh 4 and it works....
