recommend me some good flash sites
i want to make a flash MTV,i need some backgrounds such as sea,streets,rooms picture (vector ) for scene and some ideas

They have wonderful forums, great tutorials and a large selection of open source swf files.

Seriously if your looking for images/clip art do a search on google.

Instead of trying to blindly rip off someone elses work. Create your own.

As for idea's umm your the best judge of your own taste hence the ideas should come from you.
