can I overlay a swish onto video?

If I'm making a short video to promote my company, using Premiere to do the editing - can I import a Swish file into Premiere to overlay over the video?

I had in mind to animate the company logo ala the Swish tutorial, then overlay this animation at the start of the movie - video behind, with animated company logo appearing over it.

Any answers much appreciated.

I think you can do that in After Effects. Not Premiere.
