I just sent emails with the download location for version 4.1. It has these changes:
1. Added GIF import
2. Added SVG import (so far ignores images, gradients, arcs, trefs, transforms, shortcut bezier tags, animation tags, and probably more)
3. Added SVG export (ignores images and gradients)
4. Added Wizards skill level interface
5. Added Tip of the Day
6. Added action script bit operators
7. Added Delete Frame menu item
8. Added ability to cut/copy/paste between movie clips
9. Added ability to paste a complete copy of a movie clip
10. Added limits on saved canvas position when opening the application
11. Switched to Inno Installer
12. Redesigned portions of the code to use fewer windows resources
13. Redesigned Text Effects Template, Animated Clip Art and Insert Movie screens with context help and an expanding advanced section
14. Redesigned Actions and Sounds Overview
15. Improved shape point selectability at large zoom
16. Fixed cut/copy/paste between fun files which was accidentally disabled in the prior version
17. Fixed a memory link in Movie Overview
18. Fixed a file corruption problem if closing application and then saving while in a button state
19. Fixed problem with navigation scroll bar upper limit when exiting movie clip for main movie
20. Fixed problem with button inside a movie clip with a goto action to an unlabelled frame with a main movie preloader
21. Fixed disk drive combo box problem for insert movie dialog
22. Fixed a problem in converting shapes to groups under certain situations
