Converting a Flash File to JPG

Hi, I have a problem that maybe someone here can help me with. Here's the situation: I created a movie for myself that I intended to use as a icon on my LiveJournal. Only problem is that LJ only supports PNG, GIF, or JPG files. Now I can export the movie frames as JPGs already, but is there any way to do so while still keeping the movie together (so that it plays as an icon, not just individual frames). If someone knows the answer to my problem I'd be most apprecitiative. Thanks a ton :)

Sorry, I'm a little new to all this. How would I go about building one of those with this softwaree, anyone know?
