Hello,
I am new to KoolMoves and was wondering how do you make a line start at one point and draw to the other point ? For example, as if it looks like you are underlining something. Also, how do you make a object move from one point to another? Is it the same process?

Draw a line, draw a small rectangle next to the side you want the animation to start, make the rectangle a mask, add a copy of the frame (or more), scale the rectangle over the line.
Object move: draw the object on the starting point, add a copy of frame, move the object to the end point.
There are a lot of tutorials available , especially for the basic functions,
Play around with all the functions of the program.

OK, I made the retangle over the start of the line, then I clicked on the + sign at the bottom, then moved the retangle the the end of the line and play it in browser and it plays from left to right as dashes across the page! Why and how do I fix it to draw the solid line normally? And also slow it down?

You can slow down the underlining by either using additional keyframes or increasing the tweens for those particular frames. Try looking here. See if it helps.
