Can you create a player like this in Koolmoves?

Can a front-end like this be created in Koolmoves. Please see the details. Note the following features:

Multiple tabs = Outline / Thumbnails / Search

Progress bar at bottom and Notes with note window

This particular player is made up of templates, these templates are editable.

Of course, you can build a player like that using KoolMoves.
But a lot of work (and ActionScript knowledges) is needed.
