Hi all, I'm banging my head against the wall on this one please help and forgive me for my stupidity.
I have changed the directory for my website and now I get a box with a red "x" in it as if I have an image missing from the directory , the box is behind and slightley to the left of the flash movie so I'm wondering if its something to do with the "nonflash.gif" ?
I'm probably be missing something really basic here.
This is the link with the problem :-

Hi Dave,
Your problem has nothing to do with SWF files.
Is about the awmmenupath.gif missing image.
Double check your HTML code again.

ha ha ha
Your're too sweet to be a plonker.
But why a "milk-shake" ?
A bottle of wine from Malaga sounds better.
cheers

Yeah sorry I'm in the wrong country to prefer milk shakes to wine , what a sad character I am lol.
They almost give wine away here , still I can always clean the car with it , Now a nice Banana Milk shake with ice cream *dribble* hmmm ok no wonder I'm a fat git!!
I'll send you a gallon of yer favorite Tinto or Blanco and still have change from a dollar ( I assume your state side )if not I appologise for the currency blooper.
OK I'm waffling , Thanks again necromanthus

Out here in the sticks and most surrounding trailer parks, we still prefer beer.
Necromanthus is right. You changed the location of the file by altering your directories, now you have to change the code on the page to reflect the new location of the file.

That's fine with me.
Scotch, tequila, wine, beer, whatever ... something to drink in a KoolMoving bottle.
(I can't find "drunk" in the smilies list)

The problem here is not really with the noflash.gif missing but rather the [object] and [embedd] tags no longer pointing to the proper URI of the .SWF. WHen the SRC of the movie is incorrect or missing from the webserver you will get that X.
The Red X also shows up there if you don't have a SWF player installed (As you uninstalled it - which takes some talent) and becuase you have no Image for the noflash.gif.
You need to check the directory in and the HTML and make sure that the URI is correct in the HTML and that you do indeed have a SWF file in your directory (If you used KM to do your HTML) or that it is pointing to the SWF in another directory.

Thanks for the info Johnie.
It actually turned out to be Necro's observations ie:
"Hi Dave,

Cheers
