What's wrong - please help

Hi,
How can I adjust the length of time a frame appears for. I've tried adjusting the 'tweens' but I can't get it to do what I want. (In the attached example- it won't let me attach a .fun file!!) the second frame only appears for a fraction of a second, although I think I've set the tweens to 20 on both frames. I want both(all) frames to display for the same length of time.

I suggest that you change the time unit to seconds for that frame and set the seconds you want. 20 tweens could be a fraction of a second if the movie speed is 20+ fps.
