Hi all. I hope this isn't a stupid question. I've just bought KoolMoves to be able to add banners and showreels to my site. I've had a go at a simple banner and it looks fine when I preview it using the Play in Web Browser option. But when I export a SWF file and add it to a web page I made with Fusion, it doesn't work. The placeholder appears, but when I go to preview, I get the background and music only, and none of the animated text.
If you're able to answer this, I 'd be really grateful. But speak slowly please. I'm a musician not a programmer. Anything to do with lines of code will mean nothing to me....
If it helps, here's the exported swf (http://www.greencow.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/banner.swf) file
Thanks in advance.

No problems with that SWF file !
If you need help, you have to post a link to that page containing the placeholder.

The animated text may require flash plugin version 6.

In program files/koolmoves/flash plugin test is a swf that will display if you have the flash 6 plugin. Trying adding that to your Fusion web page and see what the swf displays. You might also look the javascript created by Fusion.

Thanks for your replies guys. If it helps here is a link to a test page with the file in it: Test (http://www.greencow.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/test/)

I don't know how to add the flash plugin to my fusion page. Er.. in fact I don't even know what that means. I thought plugins worked with your browser when you view a page. I have version 7 in my browser.
The stats about the flash movie I can view in KoolMoves say the recommended version of flash is 5 or above.
I wouldn't know where to start looking at javascript, nor what to do with it.
:o
Thanks for your patience !

Here is your modified test.html file.
Pay attention to the structure of the <OBJECT> tag !
cheers

p.s.
You have to restore the original path for the "banner.swf" file.
