New to 3D

hi friends!!

i m new to flash 3D, i saw a lot of 3D objects flying, moving etc.
really looks nice.
can someone help me from where should i start??
some people suggests Swift 3D, 3D Max etc. but i just want to create it in flash with the help of action scripting only.
can someone help me for basic ideas?
if u have any tutorials for the same please let me know.
