music video resources

Hi im making a video player on my flash movie..but i need to know some resources where i can download music videos that i will then be able to convert into FLV's for flash....

By the way if i have music DVDs is it possible to import the songs into flash and export as FLVs?

Theres lots of places to get music videos online, Mirc, torrent websites, WinMX. If theres any your having trouble with just ask me i have about 400 or so, so theres a chance ill have what your looking for.

thanks for your help copper...actually was making kinda of a music video jukebox for my flash website.. didnt want any music video in particular..just resources where i can download them so i can make them into FLVs...
