Hi, i have just updated to flash MX2004 so that i can you the video export. i also have discreet cleaner XL installed for the compression.
Now i have the install cd to install Flash video Exporter but when i run it the install shield opens and closes straight away. i have tried to install the update for the video exporter and the smae thing happens.
I have read the install instructions for the update and it say's that the pervious version needs to be uninstalled before update is run via the remove programs section of XP .. (now the flash exporter isn't listed in their so i assume its not installed)
When i try to use clearner XL and flash templates i get a fatal exception error and clearner closes down, for what i have found in on the net, i need a 'FLV.qtx' file in the windows/system32/quicktime folder which i am alsoo missing (i assume this is because the flash exporter isn't installing)
Can someone please help me as my job might just depend on it ?
