What program do you use to make Flash 8 affects and stuff, will the actionscript be the same?

Flash 8 IDE. When it comes out silly. :D

Flash mx will make them you have to change the version to 8 in the swf file. You have to what you are doind with your coding....there are some lists out there that hold ll the new functions, apparantly they were available within MINUTES of the player release.....WOW !

What is it going to be called, Flash mx 2006, or just flash professional 8?

The naems so far are 8ball for the player and I think the IDE is Maelstrom
