Flash 8: best place to upgrade from?

Can someone recommend the best place to upgrade from?
This might sound dumb...
But should I buy from a store or download?

If the only difference is a box and a manual, then erm... I'd like to have the box and manual please. :)

Buy it from the MM site and decide wether you want a box or not. You can always burn a CD for yourself if you download it.
