Contact Form In KoolMoves

Hi,

I'm needing an urgently tutorial how to make a contact form in KoolMoves using PHP to directly send email.

I have seen one to fullfill using Outlook Express...but i want one to directly send... without the need of any email client.

Anyone can give me a hand.
