Hello,
I want to apply a motion script to a button, but I can only figure out how make it rotate or spin.
Can anybody help me with this issue?

Put the button inside a movie clip and apply the motion script to the movie clip. That should work.

Actually that doesn't work. The make shapes into clip doesn't work inside a button. But that's close to how it's done.

Wow! Thank you very much! That was a very easy-to-understand and informative tutorial. Are there any more of this kind anywhere?

I can't figure out how to go back and edit it once I've made the Button. Do I need to create a new button?
Also, is there any way for the button itself to have a motion script, like flying on to the screen or fade or anything like that?
Are there any pre-made buttons anywhere?
I really appreciate all the help! Thanks alot!

There are premade buttons in the program. Make sure you have the "Libraries" zip loaded. There are many examples in there.

Gusmus,
Could you tell me what version that button example was made in? I was unable to use it. It stated it was made in a later version of Kool Moves than I was using and I have 5.1.6

Actually. just had another look and I think that 5.1.7 is the latest version. Check with Bob but I think you're a version behind. I can't go back to 5.1.6 because it is overwritten.
