Navigate with PageUp/Down keys in Koolmoves

This subject came up a few weeks ago and I beleive the user was having trouble with actionscript commands:

nextFrame()
prevFrame()

and since we Koolmoves users are in the habit of naming frames...this uses named frames and a comparative integer to advance or rewind.
