Just bought but...

Purchased KoolMoves today and it dowloaded and seems to run. However, It asks me for a registration key (otherwise I have found I can't save anything). I have had no e-mail sent with the key so how do I register?

Also, I am checking I have got what the web site says is included with the software and I have the '100 text effects templates' but can't find how to get the use of the '71 Action script based text'. This has effects like cartwheel but where are they.

Any help would be appreciated. I have the latest version 5.3.1 dowloaded and did not download any trial version before buying.

Hello.. try this.. add regular/dynamic text, double click on the text so the properties box opens.. then click on motion script button inside the properties box... it will bring up the effects...

If that still doesnt work try this

Run KM, click on Help, then update software... then click on Download libraries installer and save the file in your KM file, then do the above again and the effects should be there. That should help you with the action script based text..

Unfortunetly, I can't help you with the code... you should receive an email with the code... an admin person will help you out with that :)

Thanks, Steve. The first method works and now I know I've got everything (except the e mail with a registration key) I can start working through the tutorials. I can't update yet because I'm not registered but I think I have the latest updates according to their site and my version number.

You need to email me - support @ koolmoves . com.

Your spam filtering blocked the email from the registation service so you didn't get the email with the key code.

Access the effects you want with Effects > Motion Scripts
