Looks nice. You have a lot of ideas concerning games :)

The collision detection could be improved. It also detects a collision when the car is only very near to the other shapes. Another thing that would be nice is if the second level pushes down the first level as a level transition. Now the second level just pops in.

Yea, collins arent ideal. You could also add more 'angles' to car... Have you ever played GTA1? This is cult game. If you did, you should know, how was the camera working. Try centering flash and using mask, with masks center on cars center.

No way a cashiers check or similar will suffice?. Even if it took a bit longer for snail mail to get it to Lucky Monkey I can't believe this kid is boxed out due to geography/lack of credit card.

Anyone out of the U.S. know of a way he can convert his cash in hand to a useable asset for payment?

It seems to be possible to buy a pre-paid creditcard. You can use it for credit card transactions like on the internet but it's not connected to a bank account. You can only spend the pre-paid amount of money if I'm correct.
But I don't know if these are available in New Zealand.

If we can't somehow get you to be a registered user we have to get these games into Site Check or the games forum. The fact that they are made with Koolmoves doesn't help the rest of us because they are made with the demo...we can't help you with your code and can only view/use them as SWF (which is better suited to the Games forum here at Flashkit). I think you're situation stinks..but the support forum is better suited for display/discussion/help with registered code as it is so different from demo code.

Well (in uk) we used to put cheques from the usa into our bank account...there was a charge of £5 ($10) and conversion was at the current exchange rate so banks can take foreign cheques (though lazy cashiers may deny this)..the charge may vary from bank to bank..

There are other methods but usually more expensive..eg western union

The other method is to send cash (registered post)...actually often worked out to be cheaper.

Or could a friend with a card help out?

The game is very good by the way...an area which I haven't seen much koolmoves activity..(though I'm sure someone will correct me on this)..until now

Hmm i havent done online banking before so i wont do that lol I will just wait till i get credit card and i dont think we have pre payed credit cards here im not sure.

and when i get km i will make it scrolling to the 2nd lvl so it doesnt stop when it gets there and i know i could have made hit tests better

when i get km im going 2 try 2 make a game like gta1 and 2 with and i will try and add misions and will try and make it mmorpg multiplayer so u can kill other people. i will make it multiplayer using xml sockets but that would be the hardest part of the game and i will make buildings icometric and lots more.
