Video conversion to flv

Hello,

I am getting problem in converting a movie (avi, mpeg, mov, wmv, ram etc.) to flv. Actually there is lots of software that is doing the same on desktop. But i need to do this on server side on the fly. Some thing like youtube.com. if some one upload a movie the system will convert it to a flv file and play that in a flv player. I have a shared windows hosting account for the site. Which supports asp, .net. but i cant find any tutorial to do that on the fly. i found some tutorial on ffmpeg but all said it will work on unix server. if you have an idea of doing this in flash 8 or in .net, please help me.

Does anyone have the ffmpeg source ... it doesn't seem to be available anymore!!

i've found another convertor from video to flash- VisiFly (visifly.com), not bad too. the process is very simple, just step by step, don't need any help.

btw, i've made my choice-now i think that the best variant for me is Video to Flash converter by geovid. every feature that i need in my work is in one program !
