Hi,

I'm registered user with an old release. I have difficulties to import some svg or other graphics. May be cause of my old release.

As I've not upgrade option in my release I sent email to Bob several time without sucess from two address... without answer. May be spam protection.

So if him or someone from the company can help, it will be nice.

I always reply promptly within several hours (except at night of course). If you aren't receiving replies, it is your spam environment.

I Know that you reply promply so that's why I posted here because I think of spam control.

But all things are disabled on my two mails accounts and I didn't received anything. So I don't understand. Can you verify if you have something from @free.fr or telecom-digest.zzn.

Or do you have another way to contact ?

I sent it again from another email address. The spam-blocking problem is at your end not mine.
