How to import video file into koolmoves??

I been hunting around .. and cant seem to figure out how to get koolmoves to play a video file?? Or how to import a video file into koolmoves. Can anyone point me in the right direction?? PLease? I am hoping that the video can get transfered into flash to reduce its size and loading time ...

First the video needs to be in a FLV format.

Go to file>>import>>FLV and choose your option.

Ahhh ok ... well .. i found some software that does that for free :)
