Collapsible Flash Banner

I am new flash and I was wondering if anyone has ever created a flash bannger that was collapsible. The user could select a button and the banner would collapse, but the user could select another button and expand the banner. Not sure if this has been done before, but if you have any resources I could check it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you searched the flashkit tutorials and movies? I am pretty sure you find it there.

i have looked through the tutorials and I was not able to find anything. Maybe I overlooked not sure
