When i load an image the program crashes

Hi.

I´ve a big problem.....the program crash when i try to insert an image.
When i insert SFW or FLV movie the program works fine.

Please i need to work with the program.
Can help me anyone?

(Tested with various versions & the problems it´s the same).

I remember seeing a problem like this before. If memory serves it was something with the client's available memory.

Do you have a lot of windows open when you try to import?

You should search this forum for "crashes on import" and see what comes up. I know this was something that was recently dealt with.

It might have even been something with the installer having gotten corrupted in the download. Try downloading and installing it again.

If you shut down other large applications before running KoolMoves (e.g., web browsers, email programs, image editors, word processors, etc.), the problem will most likely go away.

Other common causes for unexplained crashes are:
- anti-spy and anti-virus software running realtime
- corrupted executable (try downloading again and re-installing)
- bad video card drivers
- general lack of system (graphic) resources
- insufficient virtual memory (575 MB is recommended)
- running a free RAM memory manager
- running an application that adds skins to all toolbars
- running Winamp while working with KoolMoves
- bad registry value caused by Norton System Works - run Norton System Works
- AvastAntiVirus 4.6 software conflict

Hi.

Thanks for the help.....but don´t works.
I´ve downloaded a lot of times the intaller for the program and i´ve installed a lot of times and isn´t this the problem.
I´ve the latest drivers for my video card (Catalyst 7.4), an ATI Radeon 9800 with 256 M of memory.
I´ve 4 Gb of RAM and I haven´t any memory manager, I haven´t too Winamp (I like windows media player), there´s no aplication that adds skins to toolbars (I don´t have any toolbar...I hate), I haven´t Norton System works.
I have Avast 4.7, but i´ve tryed to run without avast and don´t works.
And too i´ve tried to close the proceses in control panel that i see no necesary, and don´t work.
I´ve searched on this forum for "crashes on import", there´s a lot of answers.....I´ve tryed to make the things in the answers...but don´t work.
I´ve looked my registry....but there´s no problem in.
:(

Do you want my registry or anything to locate the problem? Please i need to use the program.
