Flash 8 Professional to Flash CS3

Ok anyone know why when I take my Flash 8 Professional FLA file and now start to work with it in my NEW Flash CS3, some objects are not on the stage anymore and are off by several pixels?

Old Environment
PC - XP - Flash Professional 8

New Environment
iMac - MacOs - Flash CS3

I think it's a general pc to mac issue. I had the same problem with CS3 fla saved on a PC and opened in CS3 on a Mac.
