I'm new to koolmoves, and am wondering if I can make a cartoon animation, and then put it on youtube or other video sites like that. Thanks in advance.

Koolmoves produces Flash SWF files. If the site supports it then yes. If it doesn't then no, best bet is to ask at the site you want to post to.

There are tools out there that will convert swf to movie formats and I know that YouTube videos are FLV which is Flash Video.

Thanks for the answer, was exactly what i wanted to know :) . Another question though, is there any limit to how long of a movie i can make?
