Does 3DFA support .fla files?

Am I able to edit .fla files in 3DFA? So far I have not been able to. I wonder if I am doing something wrong since I am fairly new to Flash. If it doesn't support .fla, what would you suggest as an editor?

I think the quick answer to this is no.

FLA files are meant to be edited in the Adobe Flash authoring software, and compiled to produce .swf files.

The equivalent file in 3DFA is a .movie file. This is compiled in 3DFA to become a swf file.
