Flash Infinite Scrolling Menu

I've been looking for a way to do this in Koolmoves, and am not having any luck. Here's a link to the online tutorial _LINK_ (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/infinite.htm). Is there anybody who knows how to do this in Koolmoves - I'm new to Flash, but understand a little bit about it. The instructions are for Adobe Flash, and I don't own that program, nor do I want to steal it.

I can copy and paste code quite easily, but I am unfamiliar with how to implement this in Koolmoves.
