image rotator (xml)

i am trying to have multiple images in a xml file with links fade in (5-8 seconds) then fade out of my flash area. Also I would like it to stagger the load and choose from the images randomly if possible (not pertinent though) I have attached an image example.

Anyone know of where I can go to find out how to do this?
