convert sef into html

hi! It is possible or not that to convert swf into html file
bcose i n dreamveaver i want to use a flash button as a anchor in order to use like it i have to first convert flash button SWF into html format.

Yes sorta, It is possible to convert Flash to SVG which is a XHTML proposed recomendation.
