Toggling the Z order of a MC

hi guys,
I have a problem where its required to z order of a movieclip when its dragged to make visible over other MC's

please reply asap...:)

im trying to locate this one tutorial that i found....

give me like 5 to 10 minutes....I hate tutorials, but this on had it explained several ways....

just hold on a few minutes...
