MSN Explorer

I just set up a MSN account.. for a msn.com email and now have MSN Explorer.. How can u set it up. so that when u are using MSN Explorer u use MSN Messenger instead of Windows Messenger. I ask cause I have 2 accounts now.. 1 hotmail.. 1 msn.com and want to use both at same time.. ie my Hotmail account for Windows Messenger.. and my msn.com account for MSN Messenger.. but when i sigh into MSN Explorer, it signs me out of Windows MEssenger and signs me in thru my msn.com account.
