OK, the story in your first link was on the news last night, with parts of the video being aired. But where does the California Terrorist part come in? While the guy did speak passable English, he had a decidedly Detroit taxi driver accent. :D

I saw parts of the video, and it seemed to be a much higher quality than previous terrorist tapes. It wasn't all grainy, and it was shot inside, in the dark.
