looking for a tune most likely from this website era 2006

Hello there! I have been looking for a specific tune, or a loop rather i am not sure? Which could have been derived from this website which a great wine told me, now to start off, this tune has been around for since 2006 i do believe, and any instrument samples or loops i tried looking for as identical to this one we're to no avail. I would appreciate any help or anything at all to help me narrow down my search, this tune has been bugging me for almost.. what? 11 years now? not to mention how it just cuts off which sucks becuase it's such a great little tune.
