Enabling Red5 to stream pre-recorded video/audio

We are a human, environment society www.hiwaar.com
We have installed red5 on our VPS and broadcast at: http://www.amaal.tv/live/live.php
We would like to Stream pre recorded video and audio. Is there any way tou could assist us in doing this
