How to change pivot point position of movie clip?

Hi guys,
I'm pretty new in Flash. I want to ask, how can I change my position of pivot point in movie clip, that include animation inside.
I was tried to move movie clips inside to center of main movie clip, but it's move only one frame of my animation.
what can I do?

I got these sugession from someone-
1. edit the MovieClip(Dobule-click)
2. move the contents of the MovieClip relative to the crosshair on stage

If you want to match the transform point with the registration point:

Go one level up
Use the Transform Tool(Q)
Double-click Transform Tool's circle.
