i wanna make make video vector animation...

My problem here is, i got a video clip of a person moving, behind him, is a blue screen...
i want the movement of that guy, with a new graphic background... can i do it in Flash?

I use after effects to do alot of video to vec stuff. I wont go into too much detail incase you dont have it.

Yeah it is possible though.
