I'm completely new to programming. Help?

I have no experience with forums and programming. I'm a complete newbie and I have no idea how to do
anything. I don't have any good software, I don't know where to start, and everywhere I've looked doesn't
really help me because you need a basic understanding of programming. I do know the names of some
languages and I have talked to people and they say I should start with Java and C. I need websites to go to
because this summer, I'm spending a lot of time on learning to program. Thanks for any advice!!!

There are many website available for learning programming but i recommend you w3schools. It really help you.
