[RESOLVED] Error #1709 and #1065

hello, i just opened up a website that i was working on in AS3 about 1.5-2 months ago and it was working fine then. I am using CS4, so this may be the problem. i updated my library path to my library path to playerglobal.swc 10.3. i was using playerglobal.swc 11. below you will find my error output:

do i need to update my software, or can i fix this in CS4? thanks for your help. :confused
