good job to apply for?

Someone have any input on a good job to apply for with our skill sets some of the interviewers I have encountered include people from all parts of the world in most cases, people from singapore for some reason they seem to want to have a listen but I never get passed the next interview

instead of employ 5 people for $20,000 each, all with differ skill set / ability
boss now employ one person with all 5 good skill set at $45,000

save money and one person do more work,

basic, you need be good now day with good good skills really

i not think you get many jobs with air, prob is many but need be good
