Default How to import particle to flash?

I'm new to flash and forum as well, so please forgive me if i do something wrong..

How to make my stickman'eye burning like this by adobe flash?

Are you asking us to decompile the swf and give you the code?

You are going to need to sue some BitmapData and some perlin noise amongst other things,, try here for a tutorial or a file http://www.flashandmath.com/flashcs5/fire/

no i don't want to decompile it, i want to make it by adobe flash or any software.
