ideas.. what to do???

I am planning to develop a Multimedia Application using Flash MX , Flash Communication server , Flash Remoting and DIRECTOR MX if possible.....for my final year Project... now i need some ideas as to what can be developed... something different.. saleable and proffesional.. keeping in mind i have more or less ONE YEAR for this project......... ideas ppl.........

Build an online multiplayer game. That would certainly use all the functionality of all the programs. Director/Lingo for the hardcore game side. Flash for animation/presentation. Flash Comm for ingame communication. Flash remoting for in game data collection.
