What is the opinion, or better yet experiences, of other flashers with sites like GoTo that charge to submit your site. Actually, GoTo has the free listing option, but I was thinking about the "premium listings" that you bid to get your rank (like 40 cents per click gets you 20th place).
Dose anyone have any experience with this? dose it work well, or are you better off saving your money?
